  1. Open Exchange Admin Center, for example on https:/yourdomain.com/ecp/
  2. Choose the “resources” tab and create a room mailbox

Active Directory Users and Computers

  1. Find your account in the Organizational Unit which you selected while creating the room mailbox
  2. Right-click on the account and select “Reset password”, fill in the password and check-in “Unlock the user’s account”

MeetingRoomApp

Installation

  1. Install MeetingRoomApp application on your Android device
  2. In Android settings, add a Microsoft Exchange Account (Corporate) and log in with the enabled user
  3. Check your synced calendar in your classic Calendar application
  4. Open MeetingRoomApp and select a room calendar
  5. Close settings and check the hidden features and gestures section
