Introducing Customer Connect web portal for On-premise solution

In Customer Connect, you can generate quotes, buy licenses, extend maintenance, manage license keys, download the latest releases of the app and look through our new documentation. You can also claim your licenses purchased before June 2022.

Registration

Go to the Connect website and fill in the required information.

Claim License

You can claim your license in the section License keys at the Connect website. You can also generate an offline license in case your server does not have access to the internet.

Order License

You can order a license not only for a device but also for a server. To order a license, click on Order license in the menu and select how many licenses you would like to buy. After that just click on Place Order, enter payment details and you are good to go.

Download Center

You can download the latest version of the app in the download center, where you can also check what has been added or updated. To download the latest version of the application just click on the Download center in the menu.

You can find the documentation in the Dashboard or in the Help Center at the Connect website after you log in.
